1. First, we would like to inform you that by visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all users of the site, store customers, merchants, vendors, and or contributors of content.

2. Please understand that there are no guarantees in handcrafted manufacturing as all products are made to order. Palm Springs Home Kitchen Bath Showroom LLC. is not responsible for quantities ordered. You must please verify with your contractor or installer before ordering. Any additions or changes to the order could delay the delivery date and may result in dye lot variation.

3. Handmade Tile, Porcelain, Glass, and Stone products can scratch when used on floors/countertops. Keep in mind that our handmade products will have imperfections/variations; this adds to their charm. The Samples are representative of our product, but will not indicate all variations. Your order will look a little different than the showroom samples. They can vary in color, shape, size/texture from order. Tiles Must be ordered in full box quantities so your order may need to be adjusted accordingly to fit the amount needed for installation.

4. All Tiles, Cabinets, Countertops, Hardware, fixtures, Glass, Stone, and all products in our store are sold by Palm Springs Home Kitchen Bath Showroom LLC. We have a NO RETURN POLICY* all sales are final. Returns only accepted on full unbox with original packaging in working conditions and receipt within 14 days of purchase date. Materials items have a Restocking Fee* on any returns. Shade, Caliber or Size of material may vary from order to order.

5. Palm Springs Home Kitchen Bath Showroom LLC. is not liable for any direct or indirect cost associated with repairs/replacement of products including removal, installation, or reinstallation of the products. Stone products are made of nature and no two pieces are exactly alike. Tile and Stone, variations in colors, crazing, tonality, grain, shades, flow, veining, and texture are all special characteristics therefore they are not defective and make them very unique. Prior to installation, all material and any necessary product must be approved by the owner/buyer.

6. ANY & ALL WARRANTY or defective claims must be made to the manufacturer directly. We, the seller, are not liable for delays or non-deliveries caused by reasons beyond our control. Note, that all of our orders can take up to approx.8 weeks. Our orders are given a specific shipping date and you'll be notified when your shipment is ready.

7. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

8. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. A copy will be made and provided for the customer.
